As you’re aware from prior communications, the BFHA officers and trustees have been working with an attorney to upgrade our Code of Regulations and Restrictive Covenants. You will be voting by mail with your 2020 dues payment; the ballot is on the reverse side of the dues invoice you will receive. The officers and trustees recommend a “Yes” vote on this issue. Below are the updated documents:

In order to amend these documents, they must be adopted by seventy-five percent (75%) of the property owners. Please vote and sign your name on the reverse side of the dues invoice. One vote per property.
