Easter Egg Hunt Coming Up Next Weekend!

Hop on over to our neighborhood Easter Egg Hunt on April 19th at 11:00 AM! 🐰🌸
It’s going to be an egg-citing day filled with fun for kids up to 12 years old! Join us for an adventure as little ones race to find colorful eggs hidden around the park in sections according to their age, with special prizes for every egg discovered!
Plus, don’t miss a visit from the Easter Bunny, who will be hopping around for photo ops and lots of smiles.
Bring your basket, your best egg-hunting skills, and your family for a morning of laughter, treats, and springtime cheer. We can’t wait to see you there! 🐣🎉

Agenda

  1. Call Meeting to order and do brief introductions.
  2. Acceptance of Minutes from 2021 meeting
  3. Fiscal updates: Ted
  4. Old Business
    1. Yard signs intent is to amend section 4.6 of the covenants to allow for up to two signs for a period of no more than 30 days with some size restrictions. This will be voted on at the next meeting in January of 2023 after written notice is sent out in the dues packet.
    2. Mailboxes and lamp posts. Informative letters were sent out last year after discussion at the last meeting.
    3. Rentals
    4. The condition of the Hilliard park property
  5. Committee updates:
    1. Social committee: thank you to everyone who has stepped up to plan the egg hunt, bike parade, and garage sale.
    2. Entrance committee: members needed.  Thank you to everyone who assisted with holiday lighting last winter.
    3. Welcome committee: new welcome supplies have been purchased.
    4. Architectural review committee: multiple requests as there are lots of new owners this year.  Hot issues are sheds, fences, and questions about decks/backyard recreation
  6. New Business:
    1. Updates needed on several issues in the covenants: Siding issues, signs.
    2. Short term rentals/all rentals
    3. Officers needed
    4. Board member elections for two positions
    5. Reminders on covenant issues: trailers/boats/trucks, pools, mailboxes, lamp posts
    6. Engagement survey to get idea of neighborhood concerns
